Ontel BD ltd is mainly concentrated in the mobile phone industry. It is a leading mobile phone distributor in Bangladesh and one of its recent business affair is Intex & Gionee mobile phones, introduced by Ontel for the first time in Bangladesh. It employs over a hundred employees and owns 24 mobile phone service centers throughout Bangladesh.
Our office is situated on the 3rd floor of Chandrashila Suvastu Tower, which is one of the most recognized buildings in the city. This is mainly due to its prime location in Panthapath where Basundhara City is located and Kawran Bazar is only a walking distance away. This is our head office where we carry out all our operations from. We also have our mother warehouse in this building as it is the most secure building in Dhaka due to the fact that very important offices are also rented here from garments industries to banks. The official ignition of Ontel BD ltd dates back to 2001, back when technology was young. Specially in terms of cellular technology. Our contribution in the Operator service industry of Bangladesh, began with the National distribution Sim cards and packages of Sim cards and phones. As all our knowledge refers, giants such as Grameenphone (a subsidiary of Telenor) and Teletalk were dominating the scene and we are proud of being a part of that.
